20 Horse Power Units

20 HP "510" series direct drive centrifugal 4-stage exhauster produces approx. 750 CFM @ 6" of HG.  This particular system is hooked up to (10) vacuum assisted sanders with a clean-up inlet at every work station.  This unit is in operation at Boeing Canada Technology.

Heavy gauge 32" x 96" separator is used to capture all of the conveyed material. This separator uses centrifugal force and filter sleeves to capture the material. The filter media is approx. 196 sq. ft. and uses a pulse jet bag cleaner to sustain the  maximum filter area. This separator is hooked up to the "510" series unit shown above.

15 HP "400" series indirect drive centrifugal 5-stage exhauster produces 500 CFM @ 7" of HG.  This particular system has been used for general cleaning and has been hooked up to vacuum assisted sanders.  This unit has been in operation at Boeing and Boeing Canada Technology for several decades.
